Product Condition
All products sold on ElectronicsBuffet.com are brand new, in retail packaging,
and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty.
ElectronicsBuffet.com accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Our checkout pages use high-grade
256-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Rest assured, your credit card information is safe.
Sales TaxPlease note: your credit card transaction will show payment to Shy Flea Corp, which owns and operates ElectronicsBuffet.com.
State sales tax of 7% will apply to all orders shipped to New Jersey.
Shipping and Delivery
ElectronicsBuffet.com ships only to the United States. (Sorry, we no longer ship to Canada.)
We also reserve the right to ship only to your confirmed (bill-to) address.
Refunds and ReturnsIn-stock items will ship no later than one business day after your order is placed. Most orders placed prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Tracking information will be provided the business day following shipment. If any of your items are out of stock, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel the out-of-stock items or cancel the entire order. Most items ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), and the charges are calculated automatically when you check out. By request, we can also ship via Federal Express or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Larger and/or heavier items, such as projection televisions, must ship via motor freight. (New to motor freight shipping? Please see our guide to motor freight.) You will be charged actual cost for this shipping method, but it cannot be calculated automatically. We will contact you with a shipping quote after you check out, or feel free to contact us for a quote before checking out. Most of our items ship directly from our main supplier in Oklahoma. Other items may ship from one of our other suppliers in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or other locations.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs if you must return an item.
Contact UsAll returns require a "returned merchandise authorization" (RMA) number, and this number must appear on the return shipping label. Please contact us to obtain this number or for further information. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Defective products may be returned for replacement or refund (excluding
shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Products returned for a refund will be
subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Unopened products may be returned for refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receipt. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
